The project was recorded at the Welcome to 1979 studio in Nashville on October 2nd of 2022. Physical and digital copies with a duo acoustic rendition of “Even in My Mind’s Eye” are featured exclusively here.

The album was recorded during the fall of 2019 between Nashville's Welcome to 1979 and Knoxville's Sound Lair. The primary video location for "Trace of Rain" features St. Charles' historic Arcada Theatre.
